‘Tis the season for holiday celebrations, shopping, dinners, and parties. The list of holiday planning is endless. However, while you’re putting up those decorations, looking for that party outfit, and checking in on your loved ones, remember one thing.
Check in with yourself.
While this is definitely the season of togetherness, it should also be a time for you to reflect Reflecting is about staying in tune to your own individual needs. How can you possibly be there for someone else if you’re neglecting your own sense of self? As Carrie Bradshaw said…
“Don’t forget to fall in love with yourself first.” Share on XIf you’re at your best for yourself, you can definitely be the best for someone else. Check in on your mind. Check in on your body. And, check in on your soul. Use these check-ins as a way to fall in love with yourself over and over again.
Think about it. Do you know why pups are so good at loving their humans? It’s simply because we love ourselves so much that we’ve got a lot of love to give.
These Apple Cranberry Muffin Pupcakes are dedicated to making the time to fall in love with ourselves.
And of course, we believe that every pupcake has a love story. So, while your favorite pup is PUPPY LOVIN’ on these pupcakes, we’d love to hear from you.
Name one fun way you’ll make an effort to check in with yourself this holiday season.
Please share your pupcake story in the box below.
