This month we’re focusing on our well-being by working smart. This time of year, I try to be more intentional by focusing on working smarter, not harder. Like delegating some responsibilities, automating certain processes, utilizing available resources, and resting when I need to.

According to Wag, peanut butter is high in fiber, protein, and fatty acids. It also contains magnesium, which can help with your dog’s energy levels.
