Sugar’s Vision Becomes A Reality With These Sweet Potato Blueberry Pupcakes

Homemade dog treat recipe for Sweet Potato Blueberry Oatmeal Muffin Pupcakes

A few years ago, I decided to make a vision board.

I’d gotten the urge to do one for one reason only.  There were a ton of old pup magazines taking up space under my bed and in select hiding spaces around my house.  So, I had to do something with them before my human discovered them.

A lot of pups I knew had been making them.  One of my pup friends even had a vision board party at her house while her humans were at work.  And since I had so many old pup magazines cluttering up my house, I decided to jump on the pup vision board bandwagon.

I showed up to this party with a poster board and several pup magazines ready for some laughs and a good time.  For the next few hours, my pup friends and I cut and pasted pictures of our goals on our individual boards.  If nothing else, we all thought it was fun seeing our dreams laid out right in front of us.

It was also inspiring to be in a room full of pups that were not only dreaming big for themselves, but also encouraging every other pup in the room to dream big as well.  So, there was no dream too “crazy” or goal too lofty for any of our pup vision boards to handle.

As I pawed through the pile of pup magazines on the table, I came across one of my favorites, Pup Focus Magazine.

Pup Focus Magazine is the premier magazine for pup business owners all over the world.  Every successful pup business has been featured in this magazine.

At the time, I was still trying to figure out the next step in my pup career.  I had a job, but knew that I didn’t want to stay there forever.  I’d always dreamed of being a pup business, but was not quite sure what type of pup business woman I’d be.  However, as Oprah Winfrey stated…

Create the highest, grandest vision possible for your life, because you become what you believe.

In my pup mind, if I wanted to be a successful pup business owner, then I have to believe that I was going to be in Pup Focus Magazine one day.  So, I took the cover of that magazine and pasted it right on my vision board.  When I got home, I took a picture of me and pasted my face right on the magazine cover as well.

I stared at that vision board for years.  Every day, this pup vision board was the visionary push I needed to keep going.  It helped make the goals I had a lot clearer, and it helped me envision myself in my new pup reality.

A month ago, my vision became a reality.  Pup Focus Magazine invited me and four other pup business owners to be featured on the cover of the magazine as a part of the “new class” of pup business owners.  They described us as pup business owners that were setting a new trend in the pup business ownership world.

I was beyond excited.  All of my hard work and belief in my vision paid off.    My pup vision board gave me a sense of direction of where I wanted my pup life to go even if I didn’t have all the answers.

It served as a roadmap to create a plan that would get me to where I wanted to go.  And, when I was hit with an unexpected curveball, my pup vision board brought me back to center to focus on the bigger goal.

So, these Pumpkin Blueberry Mini Bundt Pupcakes are dedicated to taking the first step in creating a vision for your future self.

And of course, we believe that every pupcake has a love story.  So, while your favorite pup is PUPPY LOVIN’ on these pupcakes, we’d love to hear from you.
