I decided to jump on the YapTube bandwagon.
A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to be on Pupcake Wars. It was the most uncomfortable, yet rewarding thing I’ve done thus far in this journey of mine. Imagine trying to create one of the best pupcake recipes ever under hundreds of hot lights with millions of pups watching.
However, I had a lot of fun and ultimately (spoiler alert) ended up winning the competition. After the show, I got several messages from pups across the country interested in my pupcakes. Unfortunately, all these pups can’t make it to Pupcake Sugar.
So, I decided to do something a little unconventional. Or, shall I say “crazy?” I made the decision to share some of my pupcake recipes on YapTube, which is something pupcake bakers never do. However, this was an opportunity for me to share my gift of pupcakes with the world. In the words of Oscar Wilde…
Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.
Forget what other pupcake bakers do. I chose to do me. During my first show, I showed pups how to turn simple leftovers into an amazing pupcake treat, which was definitely a big hit. However, it was more than the Sweet Potato Pie Pupcakes. These episodes are all about making sure your pupcakes stand out from all the others.
A pupcake is simply every pup’s favorite dessert. No matter what pupcake recipe you bake, these ingredients will always be the main ingredients.
A CUP OF FREEDOM
Baking is an art. There’s no doubt about that. Every pupcake is the chance for you to let your creativity shine through. It’s the chance to invest in yourself and even make your own rules. I gotta admit. Sometimes switching up the recipe does make things more interesting. Either way, baking creates stories. How many times have we laughed, cried, made plans, or simply made some memories while enjoying our favorite foods. The kitchen is a place where a million stories are shared, which in my eyes is where wealth lives.
AN OUNCE OF LOVE
Every pupcake is baked with love. Whether it’s to another pup or to yourself, pupcakes are made from the heart. This pup life is full of interesting experiences. In fact, every experience we’ve had has led us to this very moment. So, showing a little love to yourself and the pups around you is a great way to celebrate.
A SPRINKLE OF COURAGE
Every new pupcake recipe is a chance to try something new. That’s what life is all about. Taking chances to do something you’ve never done before. However, trying something new always takes courage. It doesn’t matter how big or small, you gotta be fearless to step outside of your comfort zone to do something you’ve never done. And, trying a new pupcake recipe is no different.
No two pupcakes will ever come out the same. Because pupcakes are all about what you bring to the table. It’s all about your favorite ingredients. So, I’d love to hear from you.
