I’m sure I’m not alone when I say, “Dogs are family.” Sugar is my baby, and I have no problem spoiling her. In fact, a study conducted by Forbes Advisor stated that almost 33% of pet parents regularly give birthday parties or other celebrations to spoil their pets. I get it.
