One word: INTENTION
Why did we decide to start that business? Why did we opt to live in that city? Why did we choose to go to that party? Our decisions are based on intention. Believe it or not, our intention is the core of everything we do.
At the surface our decisions are often based on rationale. However, our intentions are the guiding light behind all those decisions. No matter how you slice it. Our intentions are our “WHY,” our purpose, our reason for moving forward with anything. In fact, our intention is our motivation. It’s what we live for and, honestly, what gets us out of bed each morning.
Oprah Winfrey once stated…
“Your intention rules your life and determines the outcome.” Share on XIdentifying our intentions is where the real work takes place. It forces us to be reflective, especially when we have to make those big decisions. That’s when we’re forced to ask ourselves what do we really want. So, let your intention guide you along the way whenever you’re faced with making decisions. For instance, making the decision to learn how to “sit” on command wasn’t because I wanted to impress Mom with my cuteness. It was simply because I realized that I got some really tasty treats when I would “sit” on command. So, my intention was to basically get all of the treats that I could.
These Banana Oatmeal Pupcakes With Carob Peanut Butter Cream are dedicated to reflecting on our intentions.
And of course, we believe that every pupcake has a love story. So, while your favorite pup is PUPPY LOVIN’ on these pupcakes, we’d love to hear from you.
