What’s your superpower?

Everyone has at least one, if not several. It’s our birthright. Wonder Woman has superhuman strength and speed. Superman has x-ray vision. Underdog could hear sounds coming from any direction.   Yes, we know all of these examples are fictional extremes. However, the message is the same in real life.

It is cultivated through our life journeys and experiences. It lives deep inside of us and comes out at the exact moment we need it. Here’s another little secret. Since our superpowers are tailor-made for each of us, there’s no way anyone can steal, diminish, or even copy them. In business, those superpowers become one of our greatest assets.

So, let’s ask our question again. What’s your superpower? Mull over that question for a little while, and really think about it. And once you have your answer, figure out how you can incorporate that superpower into your business. Acknowledging and using your superpower will help you breathe new passion and life into your business and help you stand out above your competition.

For instance, my superpower is to listen to what’s NOT being said. How? I can read body language, listen to the tone of a human’s voice, and watch facial expressions. As a pup, this makes it easy for me to relate to the humans around me. I know when Mom needs to snuggle or when she wants to play. I know when to stay quiet or when it’s alright to make my barks heard. Understanding what’s NOT being said has led to a lot of great moments with humans, but also a lot of tasty pupcakes to sample. Ingredients

For Banana Carob Chip Donut Pupcakes

• ½ Cup Brown Rice Flour
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
• 1 Mashed Banana
• 1 Egg
• 2 Tablespoons Carob Chips

Instructions

Yields: 15 – 18 Mini Donut Pupcakes

For Banana Carob Chip Donut Pupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. In small bowl combine flour and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In large bowl add olive oil, mashed banana, and egg. Beat on medium speed until combined.
4. Add dry ingredients into the mixture and blend until mixed.
5. Add carob chips to mixture.
6. Fill each mini donut tray cavity with donut batter and bake for 8 – 10 minutes. Donuts are done when you can stick a toothpick into the donut and it comes out clean.
7. Allow donuts to cool on wire rack for approximately 10 minutes.
