Banana Oatmeal Carob Chip Muffin Pupcakes

In the words of Maya Angelou…

“Everything in the universe has a rhythm, everything dances.” Click To Tweet

Our rhythm is the secret to owning our day, everyday. It’s the heartbeat we dance to daily. Our rhythm is the soul of our routines. It gives us meaning behind every deadline we’ve ever had to meet, schedule we had to organize, and to-do list we’ve ever made. When we’re off beat, our daily dance can seem like a chore. However when we’re in tune to our rhythm…

Our daily routines can be filled with inspiration and fueled with purpose.

We definitely need spontaneity and variety to spice up our lives, but our routine helps us focus. Our rhythm inspires that focus. Threading positive rhythms throughout our routines not only helps us complete our tasks much faster, but also usually helps us get the results we want.

Our rhythm sets the tone for the rest of the day, so our morning routines are actually key to finding that rhythm. Think about it. Ever notice how the day seems to be much better when your morning routine flows? Let’s face it. Do you think I go on my morning walk because I need to exercise? Negative. If there wasn’t a chance to chase a squirrel, the joy of seeing my pup neighbor, or the opportunity to see more than the inside of my house, those morning walks would just be a boring chore. That’s why…

These Banana Oatmeal Carob Chip Muffin Pupcakes are dedicated to pups that know how to find their morning rhythm.

We also believe that every pupcake has a love story. So, while your favorite pup is PUPPY LOVIN’ on these pupcakes, we’d love to hear from you.

What’s your rhythm? What gives your daily routine meaning and joy?
