Bark Brunch Chicken Quiche

Perfect for Sunday morning brunch lovers

Sunday is the one day a week my mom makes it a point to fix a big breakfast. Sometimes she fries bacon, other times she makes waffles, or she might just choose to have some salmon. Whatever she decides to make it always smells good.

In fact, I patiently wait at the entrance to the kitchen for her to give me a piece of whatever she’s making. Sometimes, I sit and pray that she’ll accidentally drop something on the floor so I can grab it. Either way, I want some.

This past Sunday, Mom decided to make me my very own special brunch…chicken quiche.

It was absolutely delicious. It had the perfect blend of chicken, kale, egg, and dare I say it…CHEESE. My mouth is still watering.

While most of the pupcakes I’ve shared on the blog are treats, this quiche was my actual meal. If you’re totally into brunch, check out the recipe below.

Also, we’d love to hear your dog brunch story. Was this chicken quiche the perfect Sunday brunch meal?
